  3. What is the email address of that person?
  4. If they are a student or teacher, which class and school do they belong to?
  5. What are the exact steps (as best you can remember) that person took when they started having issues? Screenshots are always helpful but we understand that’s not always possible.
  6. What is the browser and browser version they were using? If you don’t know how to find this information, you can easily find out by going to and writing down the information as shown below:
